Kelley and I chose to go with a more limited, mid-century color palette and shapes as a nod to some of her musical influences from the 60’s. Kelley is a skilled sound engineer and her music involves a wide array of sonic textures incorporated into traditional song structures. The idea was to make a visual representation of her creating these sounds. A sort of synesthetic snapshot, if you will.
